SPITFIRE
Spitfire Cheese & Sundry is a neighborhood store and coffee shop serving and supporting the Hell’s Kitchen community. We opened our doors in 2024 with goals to serve our community with exceptional food, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and a welcoming space.
We (Diana and Brandon) have a background in bars and restaurants, and love to share the things that excite us with our friends and neighbors. We curate our products with an emphasis on quality and producers focusing on sustainable and ethical business practices. Our cheese is cut to order to maximize freshness and stay true to the intentions of the farmers and cheesemakers.
These relationships with local producers and small farms inform everything we do, from the coffee in your cup to the cheeses in our case.

Our pastries and sandwiches are prepared fresh daily and highlight our house-made products and local producers. Spitfire’s menu and offerings may vary by season and everything is crafted to bring out the best in the ingredients we’ve chosen.
We partner with roasters, bakers, and artisans who share our values and create with integrity, ensuring every sip and bite is worth slowing down for.
Our cafe partners proudly include SEY Coffee, Loveless Coffees, Bird & Branch, Bien Cuit, Amy’s Bread, and Kettl Tea.
CHEESE & SUNDRY
Our 25-foot counter is full of cheeses, butter, and meats sourced intentionally from our favorite producers and farmers. We carry cheeses and cured meats from makers who prioritize sustainable practices, traditional methods (but break rules when necessary), and exceptional flavor. While we maintain a domestic focus, we also stock high quality imported products from renowned producers.
Our knowledgeable mongers are here to guide you, whether you need the perfect pairing, a crowd-pleasing showstopper, or a small bite to brighten your day.
